The most amazing staff I have ever encountered on a whole. Everyone who works here is caring and gentle! They are not driven by exorbitant fees or charges for their services. They really care. My family and I are very satisfied coming here, as I no longer visit a prior dental practice. To Dr. Lang and her team, thank you!
I have been using Carolina Smile Design for all of my dental needs since 2018. I have nothing but good things to say! Dr. Kirol and the entire team are exceptionally friendly, courteous, prompt, and very thorough. I highly recommend this practice.
I have found my forever dentist! From the office staff to all the dental assistants I felt they welcomed me and made me feel they cared! Beth, the dental hygienist understood my fears and concerns and treated me with kid gloves. I actually look FORWARD to going to the next visit!
You know you have a great dentist when your three-year-old asks if he can go back as he is leaving his dental cleaning appointment. The entire staff is welcoming and patient. I can’t say enough good things about the bedside manner of each hygienist and Dr. Kirol herself. This is a great place for the whole family.

I just had my first visit with Dr Kirol and her staff. What a wonderful experience. Everyone from the front to the back were very warm, friendly, caring, highly skilled and all had a great sense of humor! I never felt rushed or anxious. My hygienist, Chelsea, was patient and gentle and took an extraordinary amount of time to ensure I was comfortable and relaxed. (Love the massage chair!!) By far and away the best dental experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend Dr Kirol and her staff for any of your dental needs. I am happy I decided to give them a try after recently relocating to the area! Thank you again ladies!!
Best. Dentist. Office. Ever. I have HATED the dentist for as long as I can remember. So much so that I haven’t been for upwards of six years. I am new to the SC area and went in for my new patient appointment today… terrified. My mind was quickly changed. The staff at Dr Ann’s office made the entire experience quick, painless, and actually enjoyable. They really know their stuff and put their patients comfort first. I highly recommend this office to anyone and everyone. You won’t be sorry!
I can’t say enough about Dr. Ann Kirol and her staff! I’ve had a few different dentists over the years as I’ve moved across the country, and Dr. Kirol is the most skilled dentist I’ve ever had. She is someone I trust completely with my dental care. Plus she’s just a delightful person, as is my hygienist. They do great work and I would 100% recommend this practice to anyone in the Charlotte / Rock Hill area!
Just had my first appointment at Carolina Smile Design. Dr. Ann Kirol is very friendly and knowledgeable. She made me feel like I have been her patient for years.
Carla (dental hygienist) is the best. She has been my dental hygienist for almost 13 years. Carla really cares about her patients and their dental health. Carla keeps me laughing and she is the reason I look forward to going to the dentist.
The dentist is not one of my favorite places. Cleanings are fine... any other work, forget it! Went in for my 1st crown today and it was a breeze! Love the people in this office from the time you walk into the door to the time you leave! If you need a dentist... call them! You will be glad you did! **side note: they have massage chairs for when you are getting your work done** :)
